Counselling

Life is full of challenges and occasionally we need a bit of extra support. Good mental health is vital component in our physical health.

Counselling assists people to develop an understanding of their life's journey and direct it more effectively, empowering them to make life choices that serve them well.

We offer a range of counselling and mental health services to support and empower our rural community.

Brief Intervention + Counselling

We can refer adults and youth patients to the Te Whatu Ora funded Brief Intervention Counsellors as well as having our own in-house counsellor, Jo Flapper.
