Kirsty Keating

I grew up in Amberley and the North Canterbury region, also spending time living and working Australia and Wellington.

As a health coach I bring over 20 years of nursing experience and a diploma in Naturopathy to provide a holistic and patient centred approach to all aspects of patients health and wellbeing.

I love supporting and educating patients on their health journey, health promotion and being part of a multidisciplinary team. 



I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being in the outdoors, walking, yoga and travel.
