We’re excited to introduce Heidi, an advanced AI note-taking tool that helps our clinicians document your symptoms, medical history, and recommendations accurately—without interrupting your consultation. All medical decisions continue to be made solely by your clinician.

Privacy & Consent
Your privacy is a priority. The de-identified data is securely stored locally and anonymously for 14 days then deleted.  If you’d prefer not to use Heidi, simply let your clinician know, and alternative note-taking will be used.
