This includes medication management, lifestyle advice including nutrition and activity, and support.

Diabetes

Our multi-disciplinary team works closely with patients to provide support and care to assist with management of diabetes.


We aim to achieve optimal health outcomes through integrative lifestyle management and pharmacotherapy 

Respiratory

Our respiratory program is designed for early and accurate diagnosis of asthma/COPD and appropriate management and patient education.


Amberley Medical Centre operates an accredited, community-based spirometry service, which is fully funded with a referral from an appropriate clinician.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac Rehabilitation is offered to people after a cardiac event or surgery. This includes heart attacks, angina, arrhythmia, heart failure and heart surgery. 


Cardiac rehabilitation supports your recovery and ongoing wellbeing. It reduces your risk of future heart events and improves your quality of life.  


We have a long term conditions team to assist our cardiac rehabilitation patients.


Cardiovascular risk assessments are FREE for eligible patients.
