Pay before Seen Policy

Starting 1 November 2026

Where possible, you will be asked to pay for your visit when you arrive, instead of after you have seen the clinician.

What does this mean for you?

✓ Less waiting or queuing at reception after your appointment

✓ You can leave promptly after your appointment

✓ Less unexpected account reminders or statements

✓ Better reception support, in clinic

✓ More time for our team to answer your calls and assist patients

Fee Changes

ACC consultations

ACC consultation fees will increase to align with standard consultation fees.

Other services

Some procedural, treatment and administrative fees will also increase. 

NOTE :

There is NO increase to our standard enrolled patient consultation fees.
